Bronze, casting. Size 5.7x3.7 cm.

Accidental find by German Alekseevich Fedorov-Davydov in 1969 at the Vodyanskoye settlement near the town of Dubovka, Dubovsky rayon.

The icon is rectangular with a rounded top, a protruding edge on the sides, and an eyelet at the top. «The Crucifixion with the Forthcoming» is depicted; the image is quite crudely executed. The Russian population, who lived in the Golden Horde cities, preserved their cultural and spiritual traditions. Objects of personal Christian cult were found in large quantities. For example, bronze icons that may have belonged to the clergy.
