Bracelet

2nd – 1st century B.C.E.

Gold. Diameter 4.8 cm

Found near the settlement the 15th Village on the border of Sredneakhtubinsky and Leninsky rayons of Volgograd Oblast.

Excavations by Valentin Pavlovich Shilov, 1958.

The bracelet is rolled from thick forged wire into a spiral of 3.5 turns. This bracelet belonged to a child, and its presence in the burial indicates that the child belonged to a noble family.
